Token Management Guide
Learn how to manage your created tokens on FreshCoins. View token details, manage authorities (for Solana tokens), update settings, and perform various token operations. Complete control over your token lifecycle.
Overview
After creating a token, you can manage it through the FreshCoins platform. Token management features vary depending on whether you created an EVM token or a Solana token, as each blockchain has different capabilities and limitations.
Accessing Token Management
To manage your tokens, you can access them through several ways:
- 1
From Your Dashboard
Navigate to your account dashboard and find the "My Tokens" or "Created Tokens" section. Click on any token to view its details and management options.
- 2
Using Token Address
If you have your token contract address (EVM) or mint address (Solana), you can search for it on the platform or enter it directly in the token management interface.
- 3
From Transaction History
View your transaction history and click on the token creation transaction to access the token management page.
Viewing Token Details
The token management page displays comprehensive information about your token:
Basic Information
- Token name and symbol
- Total supply and current supply
- Decimals
- Contract/Mint address
- Blockchain network
- Creation date and transaction hash
Advanced Information
- Token type (Standard, Liquidity Generator, Custom)
- Current holders count
- Transaction count
- Links to blockchain explorer
- Token settings and configurations
EVM Token Management
EVM tokens have limited management options due to the immutable nature of smart contracts:
View-Only Operations
- View token details and statistics
- Check token balance and holders
- View transaction history
- Access blockchain explorer links
Configurable Settings (Custom Tokens)
If you created a Custom Token, you may be able to:
- Update transaction limits
- Modify wallet limits
- Manage blacklist addresses
- Adjust fee settings (if supported)
Important Note
Most EVM token parameters (name, symbol, total supply, decimals) are immutable once deployed. Only Custom Tokens with specific features may allow limited modifications. Always check your token type and contract capabilities before attempting to modify settings.
Solana Token Management
Solana tokens offer more management options through authority control:
Mint Authority Management
If you still have mint authority, you can:
- Mint additional tokens
- Transfer mint authority to another address
- Revoke mint authority (makes supply fixed)
Freeze Authority Management
If you have freeze authority, you can:
- Freeze specific token accounts
- Unfreeze frozen accounts
- Transfer freeze authority
- Revoke freeze authority
Authority Revocation
Revoking both mint and freeze authorities makes your token fully immutable and decentralized. This is recommended for most public tokens as it increases trust and prevents any centralized control. Once revoked, these actions cannot be undone.
Common Operations
View Token on Explorer
Click the explorer link to view your token on the blockchain explorer (Etherscan, BscScan, Solana Explorer, etc.). This allows you to see all transactions, holders, and contract details.
Export Token Information
Export your token details, including contract address, ABI (for EVM), and other metadata for use in other applications or documentation.
Share Token
Generate shareable links or QR codes for your token to make it easy for others to find and interact with your token.
Monitor Token Activity
Track token transfers, new holders, and transaction volume through the management dashboard.
Best Practices
Security
- Keep your wallet secure and never share private keys
- Verify all transactions before confirming
- Use hardware wallets for authority management
- Double-check addresses before transferring authorities
Authority Management
- Consider revoking authorities for public tokens to increase trust
- Keep mint authority if you need to mint more tokens later
- Freeze authority is rarely needed for most tokens
- Once revoked, authorities cannot be restored

Important Disclaimer
Token management operations, especially authority transfers and revocations, are irreversible. Always double-check all details before confirming any management action. Test on testnet first if possible.
Some operations require gas fees or network fees. Ensure you have sufficient native tokens (ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.) in your wallet before performing management operations.
